Green Giant Set
This set was a promotional set offered by Green Giant. I'm not sure what you had to do to get one. It may have been offered to stores for promotional display only and not offered to the public.
I have been told that the box it came in was plain, no markings.

This set was definitely offered to the general public as a promotional item. It cost $4.25 and two labels from Green Giant products.
